The usual post, plus rankings:
Just say so if you'd like to join. If you have any questions about calculations or anything, just ask, and I'll happily answer. Suggestions are also always welcome and listened to. In fact! Monte recently suggested normalising the percentage profiles so everyone is on even footing- since not everyone's percentage profiles add to the same number. It's a small change, but it's an important one in my opinion.

An average of 35 games per month are required, so your current total needs to be at least 385 games in order to participate. The TAZD* game bonus cap is 200 games per month- so, right now, it's 2200 games.

Unless someone specifically requests otherwise, I'll also include everyone in the yearly TAZD. So far, I've included everyone with sufficient games that joined up to June. I'll add in the later entries soon. If you'd like to be removed, just say so, and I'll take you out no questions asked.

CURRENT LEADERS:
TAZD*: grandgnu, olkainry38, 1st.skyler
ASRm: olkainry38, grandgnu, montecarlo
ASR: Fonias, montecarlo, dasfury

Spreadsheet is viewable and downloadable here: http://bit.ly/s8gXj2
It displays all this information as well as formulas for each system, players' percentage profiles, points, games, etc.

This is sorted by TAZD*.

Skrum, I'll still be #2 in your system, and since everyone and their brother thinks Chloe's system is more complete AND I'm leading heavily in that, I won't complain too much.

Also, how can I "game" a system I just learned about when I've been playing all year long???

Because your wins have to be carefully crafted and you can't play many games as a consequence so you have to discourage more players from entering because some of them may have played enough games to beat you even though their wins are not so carefully crafted.

In Chloe's system you can do even better because its designer has arbitrarily decided to limit the number of games that will be counted for potential new entrants.

Skrum, don't be a sore loser bro. If everyone in the world is telling you you're wrong, you're probably wrong.

How am I "carefully crafting" anything? I don't have the free time to play 600 games/month like Dottir.

So I put my effort into the games I do play, and I've consistantly done very well in top 3 finishes in my matches.

I am not the sore loser, chloe is. She is the one who has yet to deal with the central limit theorem.

In regard to your crafting your wins, you are a self-professed stabber, and I have seen you play. Stabbing is a skill, and is measured by the TAZD, but it also creates a reputation that reduces your opportunities to stab. That is the tradeoff you have made.

my bad, real life is getting in the way. when I have more than 5 minutes to spare I'll prove you wrong again skrum.

"Stabbing is a skill, and is measured by the TAZD"

This measurement, however, does not yield any information. If a players TAZD changes, you dont know if he applied a new strategy or not. you dont even know if the strategy was good or bad, because the formula for the TAZD kills that information.
