The TAZD and baseball-style standings are explained on my Wall. At least 35 regular games played in the month are require to qualify for the monthly TAZD. Shown are Games Behind, TAZD, and player name.

at 12:07 PM, Friday December 2, 2011 EST the only reason you would go for zero dates of 0-1 0-2 etc is to avoid having the problem of having 9-7 and 7-9 having the same tazd with a 8-8 zero datum (well any other zero date that isn't O-X).
With that system you only have positive effects for a win so 9-7 will indeed show a better skill and higher tazd compared to 7-9 |

at 12:33 PM, Friday December 2, 2011 EST In kdice you can take the wins away. Blow a few games and you are back in the zero datum.

at 2:31 PM, Friday December 2, 2011 EST Why should I use the same logic in picking the zero datum for football as for kdice, since the zeros are different? In football, losses are not forgiven. In kdice, losses that result in a negative PPG are forgiven. So since the behavioral incentives are different, why should the logics for picking the zero datum be the same?

at 5:13 PM, Friday December 2, 2011 EST Skrum, so NOW you decided to change at almost end of year. WOW; did you ever come to figure out people have more then one acct in, that they put into the top 100? What a crock for this now if you ask me.

at 5:51 PM, Friday December 2, 2011 EST I wasn't aware that TAZD took PPG into account, skrum. I thought it focused only on the percentages and number of games played as means of ranking.
