i just played at a 0 table w/ amber dyer who gave me a -everything (chat post play etc) after the game because she thinks i pga w/ some player i have never even seen before.

i had like half the lands on the table and she had like 4 lands with yellow having about 8. she decides to try and screw my game up by running an 8 into me that would have served no purpose other than to perhaps give yellow first and me 2nd instead of first.

i take all the lands back and then she tries to flag me. i say no and kill her making her 4th for trying to screw my game. she wines a little bit in chat but then says something like 'ok have fun cya later' so i'm thinking cool there is a person who knows how to take a bitch slap for playing like a jackass.

now i can't sit at any new tables LOL and she seriously thinks i was PGA at a 0 table LOOOOOOOOOOL

i'm just getting points to play the 500's missy and ask any 500 regular i am the biggest PGA cop there is. not only would i never cheat but i am always on the lookout for cheaters myself.

i simply did not like you trying to screw my game up and gave you 4th for the way you played. nothing wrong w/ that.

so ya take all these -things off immediately and exercise some restraint making mod decisions in the future. this one was terrible.

Right just goo ahead and keep going Crazy Cheater/Keeley. Once again like I stated I only hit you once, say what you want I don't care. I know the truth and thats all that matters. And yes actually, I still consider myself a noob, because no matter how long, how many times you've played the game, there is always something new that you can learn. If you consider yourself a pro because you know the basics, well then okay then, but there is always something to learn always!
Veta, I have nothing more to say to you, but yes actually I have heard of the statement innocent until proven guilty. Anyone redundant questions?
I've said my peace, now I am done.

Have fun playing the game. And like I said drop the issue. It is resolved.

To Keeley: Arguing facts about a game nobody else can attest to won't get you anywhere unfortunately, even if you are right. What is pretty obvious is how temperamental Amber's moderation has become, you don't need to cite examples of it anymore - she demonstrates it in her posts (threatening to forum ban you if you continue to call her out).

To Amber: I wasn't there, I don't know what happened. But if someone is still this pissed about a ban after they were unbanned it stands to reason that maybe there's a little more to it and perhaps the community should take a second look. As far as not replying to my other questions and being "done" with me, I would probably not have a response if I was you either.

At best you are mistaken. I remember clearly that you ran your 8 into me. You either forgot that or are lying about it. I don't know or really care which, but if you are simply wrong that would explain a lot.

" drop the issue. It is resolved."

Resolved with you stating on the unbanning that I was guilty rather than that you made a mistake. I don't consider that resolved.

So long as you keep spreading falsehoods I will refute them. It is a shame kdice doesn't have the ability to re-watch games it would settle all of this instantly.

Keeley considers it farming when the player in first takes a flagged players 4 stack (out of 4,8,8,7) to attack the player in second.

This showing that she/he lacks some understanding of the game makes it pretty easy for me to believe that, even if it wasn't PGA, it is very likely there was an in game favour.

Through past experiences of seeing what happened in a game and what he/she said about it makes me question his/her side of this story.

Having said that, I didn't see this game but I can't understand why people are believing Keeley over Amber. (minus Veta who seemingly has a problem with all the mods)

Well when I don't do anything wrong and you ban 20 of my accounts on xsketch you could say it's somewhat of a reciprocal relationship hero.

Also random question, when did you start playing kdice? Not meant in a condescending fashion, I just wanted to know from what era you're from :)

I started playing about a year ago, but not on a regular basis.

After a couple of days a game can easily be mixed up with others. Obviously memories don't match.

Maybe the other 2 did flag Keeley. Obviously it was a vflag in chat. On the one hand, there is no obligation to accept them - and nobody claims acceptance was given. From this point of view an attack lateron would be possible (though not nice if creating a wrong expresion at first). On the other hand, chat might have been very vivid and thus a flag or two can be missed (done that myself, hated me for it).

Nevertheless, a single game where a person might have protected another for unknown reasons and might have gotten pissed at somebody else and decided to waste a ninja-flag or alike, it remains A SINGLE GAME. That can never be sufficient evidence for a ban unless the cheating was openly confessed in in chat. IF there was a pga, it would show in more than 1 game. A single game can be missplayed for numerous reasons, it is hardly sufficient proof.

So I urge to collect more evidence befor putting up bans.

As for the rest, Marsy had it right, regulars do tend to team up on low tables to get out of the crap. That's not pga though but situation driven silent teambuilding due to similar observation of the situation. I might kill the dude I just teamed up with to win in the next game - that's hardly a pga.

If you agree with the above, and everybody should including all mods imo, what happened in this game is irrelevant. She made her determination based off of seeing how I played in one single game.

That is not enough to ban or stain my review page forever with her accusations, stated as facts, that I cheated.
