*** So, Jurgen, if lets say, next month, or the month after that, or any month for that matter, I decide to play kdice again, play fair and win a lot going for gold ( same thing I did thins month ), what are the chances of you or any other mod purposely not letting me win? ( because Jona getting reset is fair, zoid and Don not being banned for PGA is regular, but me getting banned days before the month ends and not giving me a chance to play or win, just because you want to do that, as absolutely no cheating was done on my part, is absolutely not fair or just from any perspective. ) So just give me an answer, because it's beginning to look there like there is absolutely no hope in doing good in kdice without getting fucked with by the mods.

my money is on cool g or zoid, unless donnie tries his luck at the 5ks today

I don't care who wins as long as I see no fishy play tonight so gl all 3.

and why are we ruling out a jona win, I still see no reset

Lol Jurgen is making band on personal and emotional grounds rather than what the community feels should be banned. This is getting out of hand

Jurgen,
ball's ban was crap and you know it. Neither him or me tried to cheat... I just wished you recognize it rather than avoiding the point.

As well, if the advisors' blogs are the rules, then add them to the rules tab; easier for players to know what are the rules if they are labelled as such.

herv, I am not avoiding the point, I just feel I shouldn't waste my time on defending all my well deserved bans.

But this is what I WILL recognize:

* I did not see ballsackia cheat this month so I think he played clean

* I did not catch anyone in his accounts, nor did I catch him proxy

* I think he is a fun guy and although I am not 100 % sure yet who he is, I am glad he came back to KDice

* I did see him ask you to get on kballsack

* I did see him give you the login

* I did login to the account to check I could.

* I effing never even hinted at you being a cheat, in fact I said you were the smart guy in not doing it.

How can any regular player claim they don't know the freaking rule on sharing, it's about the only simple rule we have! NO SHARING.

Thraxle started doing this and about every mod does the same: permaban the account and usually ban the mains (depending on the gravity).

There was no harm being done yet by posting the login. There was only 1-2 days left in the competition with no risk in getting better or worse than a blue for balls so I decided to add the harmless ban to balls too. He was gonna change account this month anyway so what are you even crying about?

So people will bring up the fabolous sharing stuff again. I won't respond anymore, I OK'ed the transfer first, I made a mistake there, I won't ever allow it again.

Responding to these threads only seems to attract more discussions so I am going to go back on ignoring them. If someone has a good reason to complain, your best chance for a response will be when you are the banned person and when you mail me at [email protected]
