How do you moderators reconcile banning fack face for saying Sam has a small dick and Sam using the offensive and derogatory language he does. And yes kdp, according to Sam's review page he is supposed to be an ambassador of the game.

man, this is redundant... how do they reconcile it?... seems they don't always, nor are they required to at each given event. Moderation can prove itself at times to be arbitrary , equivocal and ambiguous. Subject to human tendencies punishment isn't always delivered at par. Maybe the mod had a bad day or there's communists in the fun house back home hence your cockyness didn't fly and you went through the spanking machine a little harder that day. Oh Bummer ! The number of cumbucket/douchbag/manholedrainer comments aren't flawlessly logged and compiled by a faceless computer generated program and "blink" an algorithm executes it's penalty. There's the unique "style" of each mod to consider. No, they AREN'T obligated to apologize even if it appears one is in order. They might indeed offer one, but it's up to each mod at their own discretion. Didn't get one? Basically too fuckin bad. If you compiled and examined all of the historical events upon examination you'd probably what appeared to be inequitable or even unfair dispensation at times. Sucks eh? KDP: I don't spend much time on this site. The only time I do spend here is reading and replying to posts in topics of interest to me. Occasionally I post politically themed threads to counter deadcode's conservative bullshit but otherwise I don't make any threads at all.

Jurgen has banned me and other players for simply using the word "faggot" in the presence of homosexuals, how this differs from using words like fucktard, retard or downy in derogatory ways is a mystery to me... perhaps jurgen could enlighten both of us.



Furthermore, you're accusing me of being on some sort of crusade - which I am not. I am simply intolerant of inconsistency and as a concerned member of the community would like to see some justice for once. What I do with my time is none of your concern. If I want to keep the moderators of kdice honest that's my business isn't it? If you want to post here and pretend I'm not right that's your privilege, but trying to dissuade me from holding the moderators accountable when it's none of your business makes me question your motives. Are you trying to score brownie points with moderators or are you just legitimately that much of a lemming that you will support people in positions of authority without think for yourself or questioning their actions?

I assume this account hasn't been banned because it's dated from february and jurgen probably realized all those Stars on The Niggler and Boner Oiler are accounts I have access to that were also made in february and january. You cheated more than most people that ever used this site...What you did was far worse than anything you are complaining about. Thats like robbing a bank and then chastising someone for J-walking. You are not a member of the community because your actions did nothing but hurt the community. You are in fact supposed to be perma-banned...that is exile from our community.
You think I am kissing ass to authority? No one on this site has any authority over me. I play by the rules which means the mods are simply other players to me.
Like I pointed out before...Sam has never liked me...AT ALL. I have no reason to defend him. I just don't think it matters if mods swear. I don't know why someone with your political views wants a politically correct kdice society.
Even if Sam isn't perfect, he is one of only...maybe the only mod that is experienced enough at the top tables to be able to moderate them. We need someone, even if they have perceived flaws, to fill that role.

As to the rest of what you said kdp:
Why don't you reread my posts. It has nothing to do with my own opinions of how kdice should be run and everything to do with consistency in moderation. If someone gets banned for calling boogy a faggot one time then Sam should be banned for repeatedly using slurs against the mentally handicapped. It's really that simple.

If Fack_face gets banned for posting a thread saying that Sam has a small dick then Sam should be reprimanded for using equally vulgar language in the forums and for using derogatory terms against the mentally handicapped. It's really that simple.

If there's a disagreement about the above bans, whether Sam or other moderators think the above bans are agreeable or not, then the mods are inconsistent or they are hypocrites. It's really that simple.

As far as what I've done and how much I've "cheated" that's pretty overblown. Ask Chase, I really haven't done much more than the average person, I've just been more flagrant about it... I like to peacock. That and I never conceded to entitled fucks like Monte, Sam or Das. So from the get go the old cheating crews didn't appreciate how I played and since Thraxle (the moderator who witnessed any cheating I committed) was a disciple of Monte that didn't exactly bode well for me. The first time I cheated in over a year was when Jurgen banned me indefinitely in July when I was trying to win the month. I cheated because he banned me when I was trying to win a month. Also because it was funny to try and spite him and win with an alt.

KDP, please reference any other time I actually cheated. ONIX was me pretending to be Chase, that's it. TetrisCube was banned/reset because the login was posted in the forums. My other two runs at Gold were legitimate. And as a two-time champion of the kdice comeptition and the record holder for the ASR I think I am entitled to an opinion on the direction of where this community is headed and to give commentary on how the moderators are behaving - regardless of whether one douchebag of a moderator "permabanned" me or not (and the permaban came entirely because I hurt Jurgen's feelings, and refused to apologize, not because I cheated an exorbitant amount).

The more you post, the stronger my argument that you are offended because you have Downs Syndrome gets.
