Maybe you should remind everyone of your cheating scandals. Or are you still holding to your belief that you never cheated? |

I don't think anyone, certainly not someone with trivial authority over an internet community, has infallible judgment. Everyone makes mistakes and just because I feel inclined to hold the moderators accountable and to maintain the integrity of the moderators as a whole doesn't put me on a pedestal. It puts me where you should be as a revered member of the community, keeping the moderators accountable and streamlining the bullshit cache of rules. Things don't have to be as arbitrary and impossible to understand as they are, a few moderators have tried to make guidelines to which they can reference their moderation - these are efforts I applaud, even if I don't agree with the content. But when you start making bans purely on your temperament or trivial grudges that's when people begin to have a problem. And that's when I make posts calling Thraxle or Sam or Jurgen or whoever out. |
