It was my understanding that your own posts to your reviews prior to a certain date remain, but that Ryan made a coding change so that you replaced you own after a certain date.

So, some of the players who have been here a long time will see multiple reviews from themselves from days long ago, but new players will overwrite the only one the leave themselves.

I'm not 100% confident of this, but I thought I remember a previous discussion about this.

The guy in the post has multiple reviews from as recent as last month, but the above was always my understanding too. Guess we're wrong.

I believe I was pretty clear about acknowledging that I wasn't positive, just that I remembered hearing that before.

And if by misinformation, you mean "anyone that disagrees with Yodel on occasion," then yes.

I think Verms is right... just not on his definition of "new." I've not been able to write myself multiple reviews either, and I've been around for three years. :)

If should have read newER instead of just new. I had no idea when the change occurred; that was just my best guess at an explanation based on something I thought I heard long ago.

Ofc it should have been newer. Despite that though I think there are some acc's that have never had the ability to post multiple reviews on their own page...Mine being one of them.
