Peyton Manning adds 6-8 wins to the Colts.....minimum
Eli Manning is horrible and should be embarrassed for comparing himself to his brother, and Brady, and Rodgers, and Brees, etc... The Ravens were my pick for the AFC crown going into week 1 and they didn't diappoint by spanking the Steelers. 7 turnovers on a sloppy day from Big Ben & Co. The Packers and Saints were entertaining on Thursday night and both look like offensive juggernauts. We could see them again in the NFC Championship game. The Cowboys blew the biggest 4th quarter lead in team history and Sanchez looked pretty damn good last night. The Cowboys could be good, but like the Giants, mistakes and turnovers could be their demise. Tampa Bay came into the season on a high and no longer the underdog! Then they lost to the much improved Detroit Lions. Matthew Stafford was solid and will be all season. My Redskins got a W against their nemisis the New York Giants. Rex Grossman was solid and interception free. The Skins stayed dedicated to the run despite little success moving it on the ground. The defense was stout, recorded 4 sacks, scored a touchdown, and shoutout Eli and the G-men in the second half. The Eagles started slow, but a Steven Jackson injury made it a little easier and the offense looked great by the end of the game. The jury is still out on whether these new look Eagles will jell by the end of the season, but they looked good in Week 1. Tonight my other fave in the AFC will get an easy W......the New England Patriots. AFC Championship New England vs Baltimore NFC Championship Green Bay vs Philadelphia Super Bowl Baltimore vs Green Bay Champion Green Bay |

at 6:21 PM, Monday September 12, 2011 EDT Thrax 'wrote off' the Bears already. Bears will give Green Bay something to think about when the Bears beat the pack in their 1st match-up. Game two between these rivals may be close. The division title rests on the Bears improving each week with the solid foundation that exists. If the Bears stay healthy and continue along a possible 'upward trajectory', the Bears are going to the bowl.

at 9:07 PM, Monday September 12, 2011 EDT God, the Vikings look so impotent on offense. The rest of the NFC North is going to beat them like a red headed step child, we'll be the Lions of former years.
