My issue with Perry and Romney is that their records are the complete opposite of what they talk of doing today.

Ron Paul is supposed to be a constitutionalist, but he seems not to know everything the Constitution says. For example, the Constitution clearly says that bankruptcy is exclusively federal jurisdiction. He seemed not to know that.

Sure Article 1 Section 8 talks about the federal governments authority to set uniform bankruptcy laws. The keyword being "uniform".
