i agree. mods shouldnt have to explain themselves...but then, mods shouldn't perform actions that need explaining. No other mods receive anything near the complaints that Jurgen does. If a mods actions cannot be backed by the available rules, then it seems reasonable that players would complain. I was banned for no other reason than he wanted to ban me.

You're mistaking inactivity with a lack of poor activity and necessary explanation such as in the cases of shevar, rob, rowdy, and br.

It's akin to suggesting a fascist totalitarian government is better than no government at all. I'm sure deadcode would agree with me on this point. No moderation is better than bad moderation in the same way that no government is better than a bad government.
