What is happening here is I'm walking on the sidewalk where everyone is accepted, with my cousin, and let's say it's a busy road where cars frequently go 80+km/h on a 60.

1) I'm not "pushing her in front of the car". I simply brought her to the site (walking on a public sidewalk), where bringing someone to the site is supposed to be welcomed, and porno (driving recklessly) is not.

2) Therefore, to correct your analogy, I would liken this to a car having swerved onto the sidewalk, hitting my cousin and causing her parents grief. Furthermore, with everything that has been said here on the forum, it is sufficient to say that the police would have been called, and in this case are saying said "don't worry, next time, just be more careful." Had this driver had his license suspended for a week, he would think twice next time he was driving down that road.

The point is, this site is open to all ages. You all can say whatever you want, but in the end will be wrong. Porn, and/or nudity are NOT allowed on the site. Regardless of what you say.

You're telling me that porn is not allowed, and if it is not allowed, that means I should have trust enough in the mods setting an example on the site to be able to bring people of all ages on to enjoy it.

Point is. I did nothing wrong. Porn/nudity is not allowed. The accused player has over a year experience. You ask whether he knew it was illegal, he most likely did, but it doesn't matter. It is. I did nothing wrong, and the rules are in place mostly to protect younger users from this sort of thing. Otherwise the anti-porn/nudity wouldn't be an issue in the first place if it was "expected" that young kids aren't allowed.

You can't possibly not give a punishment for someone knowingly breaking the rules, and then accuse the guy who was affected for coming to the site... was I to expect the porn? I would rather expect the mods do their job and prevent the porn by setting examples of those who break the rule.

Point here is, I am fully allowed to bring all people to this site. Porn-is not allowed-for this reason.

It was a first time offense. I got rid of the avatar in less than 12 minutes. If he does it again FURTHER action will now be warranted because he has a record.

When I went to find this player on the tables he was already on an alt with a different avatar. If you think a 1-day ban for a first time offender, on a site where alts can be made so easily, will do anything to discourage this then you are quite mistaken.

I dealt with the offender in the manner I saw fit and if he does it again we will deal with him differently.

Thank you for alerting the mods of this and please always alert us. However, don't expect your sentence for the player to be the same sentence carried out by the mod.

as thrax said, this was his FIRST OFFENSE. i.e. there was no way the mods could have caught him before you threw your cousin on the site. banning play for porn wouldve done nothing to keep this first time offender from making the mistake.

grandgnu has it perfect. Blame the parents (or uncles or aunts). You knew that stupid pictures of nude breasts might be present here (omg, it could have been a male chest, even more harmful to young girls). If not - move to braindead-asylum. You took a child here. You claim the society responsible if the kid saw something it shouldn't have, of which you as an educating adult knew it would be there. You failed in your responsibility. Maybe somebody else failed too, but primarily you did not fulfill your job as responsible supervisor. Go and demand some serious punishment for yourself.
