The shooter on the island was of scandinavian look and spoke perfect norwegian according to witnesses. Dressed as a police officer, and with ID, he got escorted over to the island by boat, were he asked said he would perform routine questions regarding the safety after the bomb incident. He then asked the kids to gather up around him and started shooting. According to witnesses as many as 30 might have been killed on that island. He was captured alive by the police.
