Hi, i got banned last month because of PGA, the problem is, it was'nt really PGA. Let me explain the whole situation. I was in Teamspeak with 2 friends of mine and we played Kdice like we did it every day. We flagged each other, we killed each other and played fair all the time. Then we played a game where we made a misstake because we were lazy, we stopped to write "flag color" in chat and said it in Teamspeak. The game was like this: there was 4 people left, brown (unknown), red and green (friends of me) and myself. Brown had the top of the map, green stucked behind red on the bottom right corner, red was in the bottom mid and i was at the bottom left, green and i flagged red (we said that in Teamspeak, that was the misstake). Brown fought red and i decided to fight brown too, but brown never flagged one of us, and that's the crucial point. If he had flagged one of us, we would accept that flag, but he never did. So we killed him. At this point i was the strongest player because i ate brown, but i still had to fight green, that was a bit unfair now because i had like the whole map and i said to red to help green to give him a chance (i said it in teamspeak). So i can understand why i got banned because it rly looks like PGA, but it was'nt. In my mind PGA is when people truce every game and not accept flags, but we never did that. Hope you can retrace that and unban me (us), because i rly like kdice and wanna have my account back. Thanks.

i always thought the new White acct was fiero. oops, hey veta. and lol if you think the cheaters wont figure out a new way to cheat any new system. the solution is the same as on any gaming site: you ban the cheaters. in this case, schwabba shouldve been penalized on whatever the standard scale is (i dont know the scale). if its 1 month for 1st time pga-ers, then make him wait the full month. w/e. stay true to the rules that have been set. whether or not he has contributed to the site shouldnt influence your decision (wasnt StormLord banned once for nuking or something?...) also, you can easily set up a gmail acct that forwards all incoming messages to your individual emails, and then the discussion can take place there. i wouldnt use my usual email though, i would use a kdice specific email, as that inbox is likely to be inundated. anyways, thats the way we had it set up when i was on a deacon board at church. if you email [email protected], then it would auto send it to [email protected], [email protected], fellowship@, missions@, generalaffairs@, etc etc.... and then the deacons could have their discussion with each other. also, when a deacon would rotate off of their 3yr term, you just switch the pword to the acct to changeme, and the new deacon takes over the acct and updates to a personal pword, and changes his acct name from the old deacon's name to his/her name. its a good system, and would work well for kdice/gpokr/xsketch. perhaps you could check to see if any of Ryans domains support email accts, and proceed accordingly. if not, then simple gmail accts would always work. |

Having observed the ridiculously high recidivism rate of banned players whose sentences are subsequently commuted, I have come to the conclusion that a "one and out" policy is the only way to go. I won't enforce the universal ban policy in this case, but as far as I am concerned you can stay banned.
Other mods can rescind my bans if they like and I will not re-ban, but that is up to them. |

not only can he make a new account but it will just cause more troubles and more reason to cheat without a main. as he already explained he wasnt cheating but BR is unable to admit he was wrong. KDICEMOD stated the rules that first bans are 3 days. in conclusion, i dont think BR is fit to be a mod anymore if he's going to be a grumpy douchebag and does what he wants. |
