at 5:49 PM, Tuesday August 16, 2011 EDT It is definitely because of the MacOS.
The only fix that I know of is to downgrade to Firefox 3.6. If you use chrome or another version of Firefox; your browser will crash every other game at best. There is simply nothing that I or any other developer can do for you. This is a problem that exists between MacOS and Flash. I would advise you to write Steven Jobs but he probably cares even less then the people on this forum. Good luck. |

at 6:22 PM, Tuesday August 16, 2011 EDT fire fox 6 works fine tho. the RAM still gets used up p hard by the game, but it wont crash or lag on me unless i stream a video at the same time
tips: 1. open systemmonitor. 2. Click on systemmemory (watch RAM usage) 3. click on the tab that says fysical memory (make sure arrow point uppwards now you see what's eating your RAM memory up I have 2GB RAM and that's just enough if you have 4GB tho there must be something that's eating your RAM up |

at 6:41 PM, Tuesday August 16, 2011 EDT Withing a few minutes of playing KDice with Firefox 6 it routinely is using somewhere between 400-800 mb of RAM.

at 10:49 PM, Tuesday August 16, 2011 EDT At the moment I'm using FireFox 3.6 and it only uses 200 mb of RAM with 8 tabs open including KDice.
So it definitely is a difference between the versions that makes a difference. |

at 7:40 AM, Wednesday August 17, 2011 EDT Have you tried using FireFox 3.6 like I stated earlier? This is the only method I know for correcting this issue.
If you are unwilling to downgrade; then I'm afraid I have no idea how to help you. |
