Being that this is true; and no one here really runs the sight anymore; I think this thread is kinda pointless unless entertainment was the point. In that case, awesome thread.

Yodel is just angry about the fact that the sight is not where it should be in terms of fair, clear, enforceable rules. I tend to agree with him on multiple fronts; but I also see it from the mods position.

KDice has failed to produce a set of guidelines for Mods to follow to avoid disputes. If clear rules were stated and clear punishments published; then mod action would be completely by the book and would require very little if any subjective decisions.

Let's face it; until a better site is created, with an active engineering team and moderators, and a clear set of rules there is almost no real way to improve the environment. Believe me I would have already done it.
