Yodel, who should be mods here? You seem as though you want positive change to occur here, but all you do is howl at the moon instead of bringing valuble input to the conversation.

This lack of input makes it look as though you would prefer complete anarchy instead of the somewhat calming influence of partially active mods. It is exactly because of people like you (and Ryan's inactiveness) that discouraged me from being active anymore. If I had more tools to moderate (such as IP bans or RC adjusters) I'd still be active, and you would have been IP banned when you went into maturity regression all those months ago.

But none of that exists, and I got tired of babysitting the extreme personalities and crybabies. So now I just enjoy the forum and play a few games per month.

I guess my point is that all you do is whine, and you whine to the very people that have little control over what happens on this site.

By the way, if you've been facebook stalked, you have noone to blame but yourself. Look in a mirror once in awhile.

Ok so Yodel, Monte Das and I are not mods. And from what they said and what I think...From the players "Please tone it down again. Thanks!" <3 Now we shall know if you really do play for the players like you say because multiple players have asked you to tone it down along with multiple mods.

Also even though das was not the most eloquent here, his point of view is very valid her imo Yodel. You bitch way more often than he does...even though he does bitch a lot. :P

As for the issue of more mods. I feel it is reasonable to have 3 active "Euro" Mods, and 3 active American mods. So atm we have Sam and Rowd as American (maybe Thrax? idk there if he will come back) and Jurgen for Euro.

You're the most abrasive personality on this website. Even DLK was more eloquent than you. If I'm a failure as a mod, then you are most definitely a failure as an internet personality. You're lack of maturity is astounding for someone of your age. Once again, that mirror on your wall needs to get looked at once in awhile. If you want me to unban any of those accounts, you will have to shut up. Shutting up means you can comment here on any topic you want, as long as it does not contain any foul language or insinuates anything bad, untrue or disrespectfull about mods. You can whine all you want, or be a troll or scream as loud as you want. I still do have my thick skin. So don't worry, you never hurt my feelings in any way but I am tired of letting you test the limits or my patience or my willingness to be tolerant. SO I apologize to the rest of the Kdice community in advance for all the crap they will have to read from Yodel in supertroll mode.

Bottom line will stay: I WILL NOT UNBAN ANY ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU CUT YOUR CRAP. I am not going to keep explaining it for every account I ban. Reread my line in caps every time you see a new ban.

I bet it sucks that you are starting to realise that there is no room for compromize anymore. Being even more annoying won't help either. Behave or get lost. PERIOD. Your behavior has been tolerated for too long. You should have settled for the huge amounts of leaway that you were given instead of always trying to push mod buttons by spreading the crap of how we only protect friends and stuff. Not to mention the long time that you were allowed to tell people to die in front of their kids, get cancer, screw donkeys, etc. So the good times are over.

Maybe I will end with the last paragraph from my advisor blog post.

Cheating or other abuse can be banned. But repeated reporting of fake evidence or clearly wrong reports can get you banned by me too. People can be wrong or offended too much, you will never get banned for one wrong report. If it becomes too often, you will get warned not to waste moderators time. People who fake evidence will get a ban right away.

Your constant lies about the moderators are partly responbile for your punishment. People are free to give criticism or opinions about mods. But your everlasting trash talk is unacceptable so you lost your right to comment on mods from now on.

Jurgen, look at the k8 thread. If you don't ban her and her accounts you should de-mod yourself.
