I'm confused Boogy? Why is it arrogant to point out the obvious laughing stock that the UN is.

North Korea is a complete and utter nightmare for those that live inside; concentration camps and all. They have used nuclear weapons as a hostage-taker uses a knife. It's people are sadly starving.

Now why is it arrogant to point out this?

well the us have been the chair of human rights, even tho US is one of the 3 nations in the world that executed people for crimes done as kids.

if all chairs would be filled with the nations that have not done anything wrong, then most of the chairs would be filled with peolpe from island nations of the pacific

It's illegal to leave the country. The gun you down in the process. Foreign press are not allowed to film or video tape the country without permission and editing by the state. No foreigner is allowed within the country without government escort. North Koreans that do escape; have there entire families sent to concentration camps.

Let me tell you a story. A co-worker of mine is North Korean. The last day he ever heard or has seen his mother and father is the day they paid someone to smuggle him out of the country. He hopes they are fine; but has no way of knowing for sure.

This is not comparable to the USA. So please tell me you are just ignorant of the above facts; and not just completely brain dead.

that is a horrible diplomatic policy. the UN was founded to prevent war, in order to prevent war people have to speak to each other.

and on your note about cutting funding to the UN, well USA is one of the few countries in the world that are not paying its membership to the UN, so yea, you already did cut the funding.

Guys we should remake the UN but just for countries we like. We can call it the league of nations.

No actually it wasn't. Its just a political topic which is always bound to have discussion. My main point is that you add nothing to the thread. Go ahead and troll/flame but atleast make a point or have an opinion. Not just an insult.
