If you live in Maryland please go to mdpetitions.com to stop in-state tuition benefits for illegals to attend our state university system

Given a different economic climate I would be in favor of the the DREAM act helping kids go to college no matter of their immigration status. Right now though our institutions of higher education especially the public ones are facing serious crisis. We already let our K-12 schools go to shit, we shouldn't really allow our public Universities and Colleges follow.

CT lawmakers just approved an in-state tuition bill here. It's utter BS, designed by Democrats to buy the Hispanic vote. And, our state is running a deficit so taxes are being raised, services are being cut, and yet the Dem-controlled legislature is OK with the state university system losing money.

What part of "illegal" don't Democrats get?

What I want to know is, can I just ignore laws I don't like, too? I know it's against the law to kill people, but if I think I have a good reason, can I just do it anyway? That's what these whore politicians do, so why can't I?
