New Working "Auto End Turn" Feature

Deadcode Tools was just updated to include an Auto End Turn feature that works with the new KDice layout.

As you might have noticed, the new KDice layout has broken the existing auto end turn tools created by the community.

I've created a working version and added it to Deadcode Tools.

The Chrome version is finished and downloadable at the following url. IF you already have Deadcode Tools; then you probably already have the Auto End Turn feature (check the right side panel) because the extension auto updates.

The Firefox version is being completed right now. It will be ready in a few hours (hopefully). I'll post the link when I'm finished.

If you have another Auto End Turn script; you may want to disable it or uninstall; although there shouldn't be any conflicts with it running along side my tool.

The "Alert when attacked" feature is coming in a day or two. I figured everyone would be anxious to get an Auto end turn tool that works and would be willing to wait a day for the additional feature.

Btw; if you have any additional functionality for the auto end tool; now is the time to tell me.

Lol; stop spreading rumors! There is no lag from this script. Go ahead and user chrome's task manager or firefox's task manager (add-on).

The script is tiny and even refreshes less often then Cpt. Mozz's original Auto End Turn.

Well, I still have laggs with your script :( Is it possible for u to make a separate script for auto end turn maybe?

Can you explain what you mean by lag? Its a page or two of JavaScript. In comparison to the flash and JavaScript of kdice itself; it's like 1/100th the lines of code and complexity.

What does this lag look and feel like? When does it start?

It starts emmidiate when I put your script in use... It makes me bout 2-5 secs late in chat and it makes my game freeze and react the moves fast after it comes back...

I'm not sayin it is only cozz of your script, but it does that for me :(

Sounds like normal kdice lag to me. There is no way that the script is slowing down the game board itself. They are completely separate processes.

Are you saying that this lag doesn't happen when you don't have the script? I'm pretty sure if you were to uninstall the script you would still see the same lag. Flash is a resource hog; kdice has memory leaks within it's flash coding.

The script takes up less then 20 megs of RAM which is the basically the minimum of any browser extension. Unfortunately if your computer cannot take this usage of RAM; which is tiny (KDice routinely uses over 200 megs of RAM by itself); then I would just have to recommend that you uninstall it.

The script has over a 100 users at the moment and this is the first I've heard of any lag. I'm afraid you might be mistaken; but who knows maybe your computer is just unique.
