Jurgen, If you have time, could you maybe copy and paste all the evidence here on why Barrack H Obama got banned. I will argue every point since this account is in fact legitimate.
If any evidence doesn't explicitly show that I have indeed broke a rule, then I feel like your decision is correct in your role as a mod, but if not, being unbanned would be an appropriate action. This account has been anonymousness, because of my personal choice, but over the month, players have discovered my identity. If any players can vouch for me I will really appreciate it. |

NP, it's all very nice and understandable to stick up for a friend or someone you like. But can anyone really claim they chatted with Simon while he was playing all of his 172 games and his 25 tournies? How can anyone but Simon (or worst case scenario: anyone but the people who shared this account) be 100% sure about who played it? I like Simon a lot so I am tempted to just believe him on his word. But the problem is, even if it was always Simon playing, he played with fire by pretending to be BO. Like dead mentioned, I did witness it twice and I have other people saying he did it more. So in the end, everything adds up. But I am still stuck with the same dilemma: both banning and unbanning don't feel completely right atm. So Simon, I am gonna try and find you and talk to you in private. |
