That's it a warning? I've seen you hand out numerous bans in the last few weeks for racist comments when reported by your friends.

Maybe you need to explain this mod policy to me again because it isn't really making sense to me anymore.

I was under the impression that Kdice had a zero tolerance policy for racism. Keep in mind I'm a paying customer and AMEX has very liberal cancellation.

please me thankful of what jurgs is doing here instead of critical. used to be that we didnt have any mods, then that the mods were absent. jurg is donating his time, and effort. and jurgs has been tricked several times into banning people who dont deserve it, only to realize after the fact. so give him some slack, and maybe one day you will enter into his tight circle of most trusted witnesses.

but bitching at him will move you further from that point. and so will threatening AMEX cancellation.

From my screenshot you can see there were witnesses; he could easily ask the witnesses for a backup of my story. No one is denying that it happened. This is a pretty open and shut case.

If you are defending the weak response to blatant violation of KDice Terms of Service; then fine; we will have to disagree. Otherwise I'm not sure what your motive is.

As for threatening my AMEX cancellation; it is merely a fact. I will not fund a site that is selectively enforcing it's terms of service. Sure mod is a volunteer job; and there is no pay; but that doesn't mean that when the job isn't done right; that they should not be held to task. If this is your theory then; please enlighten me.
