@ nunes: this case just demonstrated how fragile all evidence is and that we as mods mainly trust our guts for things we didn's see with our own eyes. The key is to look at all info, if possible try to get more facts and in the end only take action if you are confident enough. Sure I will screw up and do a few unjust bannings. It comes with the system and as long as I feel most of my calls were right I am happy. If I made an error and someone can point it out, I am not stubborn, I'll be man enough to admit it and apologise. If you do nothing, you can't make mistakes.

now with regards to the evidence: I won't start discussing all my reasons everytime but since I was wrong here the first time I will. I already suspected something at first since he posted one pic and mentioned there was much more after that. There were the fake accusations against Myriad, the fact he didn't react and deleted his review, his behavior towards Debster, his fake excuse about a friend and frankly if I am going to compare word vs word :Debs word or Myrs word >>>>>>> ihatepgaers pic+word for me, I know these 2 great people pretty well and I would bet my mod privileges on it that neither of those 2 would be untruthfull. He really picked the wrong two people there unfortunately. He was lucky I didnt know gummi's behavior myself and the "mods won't do anything anyway" comment made it pretty convincing at first.

yes you are missing something, the plain fact that the pic is OBVIOUSLY doctored. a closer look with any graphics program shows that, hell even windows paintbrush will do so no excuse there.
