The asr is calculated as follows:
((games*PPG)(4*1st percentage+3*2nd+2*3rd+4th-6th-2*7th)/100)+(games/25)
35 games are required.

It should be noted that the ASR isn't as significant this early in the month- I had to delete 28 players from the ranking because they hadn't played enough games, and PPG for everyone is lower because 2k and 5k tables aren't really going yet.
