cut it out with your stupid "play and go home" line you incessant twat. you don't do that, in fact you do the opposite. You play, then you go home, where you continue to play until after the 4am members tourney, after which you attempt to get a few hours of sleep before returning to your shitty minimum wage job where you play kdice some more.

I guess i should have left off the part about encouraging vflags, shad took care of that part on his own.

Mainly what i was getting at is that winning a month when you get the majority of your points from sitting in tournaments with the same 10 mooks all month is kind of boring and does not do much to promote actually playing kdice up to the level of points one has. When you play a members tourny the most you can lose is 500. I always hear complaing about there are not enough people playing 2k or 5k. Its sad to see dudes sitting 500s with over 6k even sadder when its over 60k. I know people are afraid of risking a chunk of their points to sit a 2k or 5k after slugging it out down below for 2 weeks. Kdice is partially based on a game called Risk. I would like to see more people take one. (not getting personal this is more of a general summation of the situation)

why does it matter... and maybe i couldnt sit at the 2k table that day bc there were ppl there that i didnt want to play with...and id rather sit with ppl i dont know at a 500. I didnt tell you that, when i sat...bc i didnt feel i had to justify sitting at a table to play kdice.


i started out the month saying i wanted to beat the all time tourney high which was 123k,
after i beat it, i quit playing tourneys

i also said i wanted to make 5k a day and i wanted to play 100 games and get the best stats i ever had

that was my goal for the month
i did it, it's not my fault that noone else went for first...had someone played for it, they wouldve gotten it, bc i was done after my 100th game

tourneys are a part of this game, and playing them also requires some knowledge of what rolls to make, when to make them, etc etc

i guarantee you that none of those tourneys i won were thrown to me
i won the month fair and square

and if anything i encourage ppl to be ambitious and i dont encourage vflags, i encourage strategic flags...and you say you're not making personal, but when you reply to a thread with my name on it...and then go to say "he," then i dont know how else to take it

as for the way the game is played...

i think others have said it better. As someone who's been around awhile... i liked it better without flags and dom...with the old colors. Not b/c it's better...mostly because I'm nostalgic.
