Congressmen should max at 8 or 12 years. I know they can't get elected for life silly, but a lot of the senior guys have no problem getting re-elected year after year. New blood is need every few cycles to decrease the corruption that comes with lifer Congressmen cashing in on their position.

Another problem is that the small worthless states have a disproportionate amount of representation in the national legislature. We really need to fix that there is a reason no one lives in your shitty fucking redneck backwoods states, which sure as hell means you don't deserve more representation in Congress.
