at thrax...what cheating??? what in the world. show the email. am i the only 1 missing something??? i did nothing wrong...i didnt hit anyone after everyone flagged...i got banned for playing fairly...

the thing is...yesterday, i sat down while they were fussing in chat, i got involved bc i won the game and i honored all their flags...he (seahag) accused me of pga bc i honored their flags. in the chat...he said why are you not hitting adam...i replied bc he flagged to me...im sure hh remembers this...hh should be able to identify cheating and not be persuaded by the likes of someone who had an agenda against chase and his "friends"...he was mad that i honored everyone's flag...that is the only offense i committed in that game. im not a cheater. i am not smart enough to ping or w/e...i don't hack, i don't proxy...all i did was sit at a table...i was at work playing kdice...as it's my only distraction from the horrendous phone calls im taking all day...
what's really unsettling is that all thraxle had to say was "trust what you feel." so evidence obviously, isnt necessary anymore. if i feel like you're guilty, you're guilty...once again, targeted for no reason. noone will care bc i had to cheat to have so many pts. right? I had to have some one funnel me pts. and if i wasnt cheating in that game...id problbaby cheated before, so it was a just decision...but in what game. the day before yesterday i had 25 games of negative points. and jeez it was a 500 table...if i had some grand scheme to have pts funnelld to my acct, id choose a 5k.
kdice mods speak volumes when they mod ppl who are not cheating.
1 for one have lost all hope that kdice can be modded correctly and with just.

I think it sucks if those accounts are shared. But I can't moderate or even view accounts with Advisor status, so I have no way whatsoever to check on this. I've told Ryan in e-mail that I've heard that TCS's account has multiple non-advisor users, but that's all I can do.

I told holy to do what she thought was right. If she saw cheating then she should moderate accordingly, but it was up to her. I didn't advise her in either direction.

What you are right on is that KDice is very difficult to moderate, especially with limited tools and mods. If you are innocent then you have my heartfelt apology. Unfortunately, if any of you want the site to be moderated the way you all CLAIM TO WANT IT, then there will be a few innocents caught in the wake. It's inevitable.

I'm not undoing any bans because I'm quite honestly out of the loop on this one.

Some form of instict has to be used in order to moderate and decided what to believe. I believed that the screenshot was authentic and that SeaHag did indeed "ping" many times. My instict has since been confirmed by the posting of chatlogs and the fact that trendz hasn't denied it.

No, what I'm saying is that THRAXLE has pretty much no control over what happens to other mods or their accounts. If it were up to me, I would strip shared accounts of their privileges and ban the accounts permanently. However, I neither have true proof of sharing, nor the ability to do anything about it. You asked me my opinion, and my opinion is about all I have to offer on the subject.

Thrax, banning off like screenshots of chat is gay as hell dude. Everyone says they PGA and shit in chat, you cant ban someone off that dude. You know it too. If you want I can go through and find the post where you said "I will not ban based on chat," or you can just admit you are wrong and unban me like a man with a lion avatar should.
