Also my guess as to what happened.

zoid sitting at table, own comp, own IP
DIG sitting at same table, own comp, own IP

DIG logs out, zoid signs into DIG. Now they have the same IP and are sitting at the same table.

is that right?

I'll explain it for int again...

The only IP I can see is THE LAST ONE THAT LOGGED INTO AN ACCOUNT. By the time I checked the accounts all sorts of people could have been in that account......which is why I said "Either way, cheating was occuring". I'm not saying the same IP proxied, I'm saying the two accounts played at the same time and zoid had access to both accounts.

Anyone else?

Thrax youve never been able to sit 2 ips at the same table except for tournies, to proxy you need 2 different ip adresses. There is no possible way of sitting 2 accounts with my ip adress at the same table. now unbann me

if i understand the situation correctly (i wasnt around, and my only knowledge is from this thread), then thrax saw both of your accounts sitting at one table. so either one of two things happened:

1) there was a proxy going on. you say this is impossible. ok, i believe you.

2) your ip was the last one logged into both accounts, so if both accounts were sitting in at the same table, then that proves that one of the accounts is shared.

i.e. either you were breaking thrax's stated rules or if you werent, then you were breaking thrax's stated rules. i mean, back in the day, when people were caught cheating, they didnt bitch like crazy about it, they normally said cheerio good chap, you caught me, and moved on. take your punishment like a man, and move on.

to predict the next couple posts:

zoid: ok ban the shared account, but unban me because my account isnt shared.

moral community: the player should be banned not just the account.

fiero: no, just the account should be banned.

At a minimum I caught you doing something backhanded that night. I don't know if you used the account to funnel points to someone one game and then someone used it to funnel you points the next game. Bottom line is that you played multiple games with an account of which you were at least part owner. FOR THE THIRD TIME IN THIS THREAD, I AM NOT SAYING THE SAME IP SAT AT THE SAME TABLE AT THE SAME TIME. I'm simply stating that you were up to no good and since your IP was the last to fall on the DIGLETT account you got shoved under the ax. Had it been Chase's IP on it last then ONlX would have got the boot.

My suggestion:

Since I don't have any hardcore evidence this will not be the 3rd offense that gets your main account permanently banned. Enjoy this ban for a little while longer and thank me for being leniant.

The more people push me with cheating the more extensive the punishment may need to become. Everyone has it pretty easy with me as a mod and I take A SHITLOAD of verbal punishment for being somewhat soft. Don't force escalation on the situation and make me turn into some evil version of myself.
