thats prolly true, i usually only got the alts (NIGS, one of the pokemon) up to about 20k and went onto another one, then somebody(somebodies) would come along and shamelessly pga it up to ~50k

No it's not, because most of his PGAs knew they were all together. Most of the time DLK got first and everyone else got the scraps, thats why his system never netted him a gold or even first place for a decent length of time.

Niggler/TC on the other hand PGA'd everyone on the board while everyone else was just PGA with him. So all his PGAs killed each other while he just sat back and took first. Hence TC's ridiculous stats and niggler getting banned constantly. Plus the niggler had a knack for making shit up to revolt on the off chance that some noob got in first.

I vaguely recall 5-man counters against foreigners who spoke different languages but were "PGA".


Also if it's not too late, I'd like to give half of my vote to leekstep & company, their shit was funny too.
