at 1:33 PM, Friday October 23, 2009 EDT i highly recommend going to the hiroshima abomb museum if youre ever in japan. i had no clue what to expect when i went, and honestly felt sad and a bit guilty for being an ignorant american.
i mean, i used to cockily (emphasis on cock) make the standard argument that the decision to drop the bomb saved a million lives. after going through that museum, i no longer make that argument cockily, but with a deep sadness. the whole museum is dedicated to the abolition of all nuclear weapons, which amazes me. the japanese definitely took the high road here. it wouldve been far easier to bitch/whine about what we did to them, but instead, they seem to be looking forward and striving for peace/respect. i walked out of the museum with a changed perspective. (sorry didnt mean to derail the conversation, just reminiscing). |

at 1:45 PM, Friday October 23, 2009 EDT praising 9/11 is just as bad as praising holocaust, napalm bombs on vietnam or the nuclear assaults on japan. Cause everywhere innocent people got killed. We call Al Quaeda (or however that silly organization is spelled) terrorists, but from their perspective they are just soldiers fighting for their cause with the resources they have. What im saying is its all the same shit and its totally fine if you get banned for it here.
one question though: can i praise god? cause many people have been killed in his name. poor heathens. |

That being said, Kdice is a private business, and as such has the rights and freedoms to restrict anything they want. Those that don't like it don't seem to understand how the world works. |

at 2:33 AM, Saturday October 24, 2009 EDT CD appears to be the only one who knows what freedom of speech means. Just because something is legal doesn't mean private businesses/websites/whatever have to allow it.
You have the right to bear arms (in the US), but do you cry this much if told you can't carry guns in a school? Hopefully not. |
