There have been times where the French were the worst PGA around (in my observation at least). I have heard there has been excessive German PGAs as well. Currently it seems to be the Turks that are most active. They've been defending this position for some time now.

Nations vary, there will be another one sooner or later. It is not a specific feature or twist of character of one nation. We are all the same. Once you have a significant number of players from one country you'll have enough overambitious bad characters that will cheat. And those will team up then.

@Kazzo - I don't know who's alt you are and why you keep posting pointless remarks to my postings. If it makes you happy, feel welcome. You might wish to add some random four-letter-words. Other than that, I don't pga. I've been around long enough with this account, I'd be well known if I'd pga. And if I would want to pga, I would not do it based on something faked as easily as nationality.
