the problem is that you have to incorporate both wins and losses on a 0 to 100% scale.
that way all wins has to be above 50% and all losses has to be below 50%.

effectivly, the scale is split in half.
0 to 50 % has to mesure 0 to 100% chanses of loosing.

just think of it, if you do two 50% shots, and win one and loose one. then the math would be;
25% luck for the lost
75% luck for the win
average;
(25%+75%)/2 = 100%/2 = 50%

witch is exactly what you should expect to get

well my luck is 48,3% no wonder i hate this game
