They doubled me on the monday 500 on June 8th at 6pm CDT.

I believe it was game 10 of my tourney run, which I was in first then they struck that deal.

yes, I was in first with us 3 remaining, they truced for consecutive games to give me 3rd.

this is stupid if they get banned for this, it happens all the time, its just tourney strat, the best way for the other 2 players to win the tourney is to team up against you every game, dont ban them for trying to win

The PGA against Gdott was not fair. I wish Gdott would have at least tried harder to beat them:

1) Sometimes you can get a lucky tourney start and kill someone in the first few rounds before they can build up.

2) Zata is a good player and you possibly could have flagged to her in the first round of one of the games and fought Gengar to kick him from the tourney.

3) Gengar likes to win and you possibly could have offered to give him first place overall in the tourney for a chance to eliminate Zata.

Trucing in the last part of tournament (when 3 players left) is quite usual on kdice, so I have never thought it could be against rules. If it looks like that mods should really go and see some tourneys here.
Thats what I can say to defend myself, but of course it's my fault.

Gdott: Sincerely I think, you would agree for the same proposition. And u saw i had choice to truce Gengar or be killed by him. If i say no - he would offer it to you and I think you would have accepted it.

The consequences aren't up to me and it sucks I agree, but it was against the rules... And if it happens to you it sucks, it does. I would just like my points. Maybe the mods will take into account your honesty and give you another chance.

If this happens ALL the time then I will have to watch more end tourney situations and moderate accordingly. The rules do not state that game-to-game favors are allowed in tournies under any circumstance. This situation is almost an exact definition of a game-to-game favor.

Am I wrong in my thought process? If this happened to you would you not feel it unfair?
