OK how about we take a vote? It seems to me if my av should be banned, the vote would say so correct? If the vote doesn't say so, that means this was all an abuse of power and my av should be reinstated.

Pat Whalen has had that av for a least a year (correct me if I am wrong) during that time Ryan has watched Pat Whalen play or been in the same room as Pat hundreds of times.... And can somebody who does not play in a community be an accurate gauge of community standards or Ryan standards? Ryan and other mods have banned hundreds of other avs that were pornography they never touched this one during all that time. The difference is that they actually play the game and have a feel for the community.

and to me it is pretty easy to see that pat whalens avatar has artistic value. and the only way to define "serious artistic value" is if enough people think it has artistic value.

so by definition; it is not porn if enough people (percentwise*) think it is not porn.

so judging by the posts here, almost all posts did think it was not porn. (this is only a pointer) but it looks to me like this does not fall into the definition of porn.

therefor this is an action witch is not supported by any rules or laws.

so what is the point of having rules if mods are going to behave like this?

just kidding, I couldn't hurt a fly, my words have never been that powerful anyways. +1 thought to the idea that yeah, that picture isn't porn, and millions of other similar pictures are plastered on magazine covers in thousands of stores worldwide in the magazine section, eye level or at least noticeable by a seven year old each day.
