This explains the runner's high - or the adrenaline rush (as an enjoyable experience) and how humans would need those skills / survivalism and raw aggression to survive in primitive times. Though those traits aren't (as) necessary now - they still are seen in many ways.. as ambition is still seen in the workplace for those that get high up the ladder, if you will.

I'm not hating, im pointing out that sometimes u shouldnt focus so much on the end result that you miss out on the pleasurable experience of the journey itself.
