But notice how i said gives the POTENTIAL for a huge ppg, obviously the skill is needed to see it through |

I agree with you that members have a better PPG potential than non-members... but what you do with that potential is entirely up to your skills, your luck and your willingness to take risks. But I am just saying what if a player played 500 games as member and 500 as a non-member. The bonus effect will become diluted. Meanwhile... 12 posts in a very good post by bcmatteagles and only 1 PPG reported |

at 5:43 PM, Friday August 1, 2008 EDT Nonmembers cannot have negative PPG, and members can. So negative PPG's could be considered "bad" because they are worse than any nonmember can do.
Over 250 games, the member bonus amounts to only 10 points per game, regardless of what tables are played. Members will be left in the dust if they expect their bonus to help for PPG, even if not reckoned from 2500. And it doesn't help at all anyway, since PPG is reckoned from 2500, as I said before. |

at 6:46 PM, Friday August 1, 2008 EDT I don't think so.
I never play on 100 tables before I have 500 points, never on 500 tables before I have 2500. Sometimes it takes some days to play on 500 tables. Thus members obviously have a huge advantage to have a good PPG. However, good idea to establish an all-time best monthly PPG from now. Nevertheless a PPG should at least have 100-200 games to be valid imo. |
