Does Vo getting first REALLY matter that much to you guys? To the point where people must be banned? Yeah fiero, I'm calling you out on what you did tonight.
Montecarlo, nuflis, MadHat Sam, Zosod, Shevar, nexon, dasfury, and bcmatteagles have all been banned from playing for fourteen days. Not only have you stopped them from competing for this month, but their next month is ruined too. You say the reason is because of PGAing. Well fair enough, but I believe Ryan made it clear that it is his responsibility to take care of cheating, and not the mod's. http://kdice.com/discussion/topics/44762786?page=2 So unless there was some conversation between you and Ryan about what was going on and he OK'd it, I don't think you have any authority to ban under those conditions. Make up another excuse. Be a little creative. Don't try to use the second thing Ryan against me either because what was being talked about when he said that is different. It was pretty clear that Vohaul was PGAing too, why isn't he banned? It's so very convenient too that Adonia finally gets banned after she is able to help Vohaul achieve first via PGA games, and that's not even the reason she's banned! It's also very convenient that all of this happens AFTER Vohaul gets first by a measly 300 rhombi. This truly sickens me because three days into the next month, people usually stop talking about the previous month and move on. I don't know what will happen for August seeing as this seems to be a bigger deal than most months in the past. Have fun achieving a tainted trophy. Let it be your shame. |

AND i gained 13k yesterday. Doesnt look to me like I was trying to give my points to someone. Im a little upset, but thats not important, because the 10k games yesterday were beautiful and I enjoyed playing with all of you on this highest level of kdice. have a nice day, Shev |

Then within minutes of banning all the top players, Nexon comes in and asks in caps WHY AM I BANNED to Fiero. Fiero laughs and then mutes Nexon for three days. Just long enough so Nexon wont complain until the month is over. Look if you other banned people try and find out why you were banned you will be muted.

Fiero seriously hates me for some games in the past, i was 1st half the month, battling vohaul and still im here, what do u make of that ? I suppose not giving Nuf a win in a 2500 when half the the viewers were begging me to throw the game for Nuf(and they were, pitty i cant remember ALL the names but i think they pretty much correspond with the banned ppl) might have also helped ... |

at 5:43 AM, Thursday July 31, 2008 EDT It's odd, all the players that were banned play together quite frequently since they are the only ones that really enjoy risking their points on the 10k tables. Very frequently they truce with and against each other. In fact yesterday in the 3 maybe 4 games I played with Nuflis we ended up trucing against each other. One time he beat me and took 2nd with Upmax taking 1st (montecarlo table) and one time I crushed him making him take 4th or 5th.
I was tempted to help boost him to first yesterday but I knew it wasn't what he wanted so I let it play out like a normal game and if he earned it - so be it. Meanwhile, at some point Ryan gets convinced by fiero that I condone cheating and drops me down to 0 rhombi. (only to be reinstated after I show what kind of nonsense that is) Then last night the most egregious - around 10-11pm I see that Vohaul is on and playing. However it is immediately apparent that it isn't really Vohaul but someone else using his account. How do I know - well first off the person isn't talking at all, not saying what's up to his friends or anything just playing like a machine. The most telling for me though, I ended up being matched up in a mono a mono end game and the fake person playing as him played incredibly poorly. I was at a major disadvantage and I won easily. Vohaul does not play poorly like that. |

at 5:46 AM, Thursday July 31, 2008 EDT Edit to my post - i would like fiero to notice that as i already stated in the other thread, nuf himself didnt ask me for any throwing of the game and as much as i would like to jump past him today i still think he should be unbanned(not saying i know all the facts, maybe im missing something but this is my point of view).
