Im sorri, but i think its a horrible idea. Points should be a measure of how many times the player wins or comes close to it, after all they are what make up the rankings. So, I dont think they should be given as a prize, that would just discourage people from playing, rather than encourage in my opinion. If you really want to encourage people to break into the top players, try a sound when they (not a fart) or something special like that.

i really dont want to blow my trumpet and im sorry if i come across aragant, i dont mean to be but i believe i am a top 100player non member cos when i played solid under this account and other alts, i have 6 trophies to my name in 8 months.

which means i have to slug the 0 and 100 tables. i know i am not the only one too.

what im trying to say is that members get a headstart on the month, why cant non members?

maybe an alternative benifit for members, maybe a members area where guys can play for fun, no RC, 16 dice games...

i just dont think it is fair for anyone to be able to buy points...as grun said in a previous post, it becomes kinda of a country club, 500 and 2500 games dominated by members.

so i believe the resolution ought to be members get no points or top players get bonus points, or maybe something in the middle.

before anyone says, just buy points, its not an option for me.

First of all, rewarding top 100 with more then a medal seems to be a good idea.

but a 1500 point start is not the kind of reward i want. Instead getting top 100 should qualify you for some CHAMPIONS LEAGUE. A monthly 10 or 20 game competition played by top players without identity and chat. The pure game at highest level!

The games would be epic.
