Wow, is that new this month? Because I remember playing sub 100 **ranked** players last month (I had roughly 1.3k points and they ~20k).

I think the limits are great but little early in the month for them

the 500 table limit will be needed later in the month but it is too early to install it because jpc4p's situation was indeed unfair to him.

The problem with the following solution is that it will need extra coding and a bit more calculations for the servers but I can't help but propose it again: maybe the rigid black/white maximum can be replaced by a % of games allowed at lower tables. That % can decrease when your points total further increases. It encourages to play higher tables but it allows for a limited number of games at the lower tables.

i think this whole system is working well. Great idea and some fair comebacks - esp jpc4p although i still agree in principle with the rule.

i had a conversation with a room full of idiots in a 100 table towards the end of last month. Each had over 3k points and were completely moronic. I raised this as a suggestion and they couldn't understand it. To see it brought in as a rule makes me feel completely vindicated.

I hope they're all enjoying the new rule :)
