lovely PGA scam I jut observed at the 500 pt table. I was a little concerned when i sat down and saw a bunch of ranked around 1000th and two players in the top 50 (lesplay dice and opiumwhore). but surely they were just playing at that table because they didnt want to wait for a higher game to form. Nope right from the get go, the PGA was on. They evenly opened discussed strategy before the first move was done.
And once las was essentially out of it and down to one territory, he hides in the corner proteted by the opi. everyone else battled and eventually flagged to opi, but he just whittle whittle whittle whittle and eventually gave 2nd to the les's one territory. opi managed to farm almost 600 dom points, and les still got 2nd place. I accept that pga and farming are part of the game (and I took my 5th place and ran once I realized the scam), but it would be nice if this was limited to the higher tables. That these two get are out fleecing the lower tables is just sad. Is this how those grand rankings are really earned? |

at 8:30 PM, Wednesday March 12, 2008 EDT I love pga'ing with my friends. Sometimes up to 5 or 6 of us will sit in vent, pga the shit outta the 0 or 100 tables, and piss people off. It really does get me off.
