“BAM BAM” I Hereby convene the first KDICE Council of 2008:

A hearing into the incident of game # 526,293 at gunners1 on the Morning of January 15, 2008.

During the game players Barfoo and Badblood were accused of using ‘hate mongering’ remarks.

After said racial Incident, Leekstep has been accused of helping to unfairly ban the account, Badblood, for use of improper language on Ryan’s game.

Badblood says that he has been unfairly convicted and banned by Ryan and he thinks Leekstep had something to do with it.
Who is Innocent? Who is Guilty is today’s Question….?

Please post your opinions on whether badblood is guilty of improper hate speech or whether Leekstep is guilty of ‘weakstepping.’
The KDICE Council will use these opinions in their deliberations.

Following this post I will post THE EVIDENCE which is a partial transcript from the game, focusing on said incident and including Ryan’s words and actions on the morning of January 15 2008.

The following is an exchange between Leekstep and Badblood from this morning.

Badblood to Leekstep:
Sorry, but u got some serious problems with your eyes. I GOT CALLED NIGGER by the teal guy and t responded that he should got finished off by you for calling me that. Cause u know I AM HALF BLACK, i already got fucking beaten by a bunch of skinheads for looking black. But thanks anyway for reading what you want and getting me muted and getting my picture banned. And, by the way, i said the N word ONCE. Im sorry for you that u cant even see the difference between teal and yellow colour as the teal guy called me and then us all NIGGERS written in Caps.

Leekstep to Badblood: Sorry you got called that, I hope the guy who first used that term also got muted.
I don't think it's appropriate to use that term even in response to someone who uses it first.
I don't think it's appropriate for you to use it a day later on my profile. You obviously haven't learned your lesson yet, and you still deserve to be muted.
But once again I am sorry you got called that.

Leekstep to Badblood: I think it was teal who said that. Perhaps you got wrongly adjudicated in this matter. It is possible that that your uncontrolled response was noticed by Ryan while the initial perpetrator was not noticed? I see that a lot in football, the first guy to throw a punch gets away with it and the guy who swings second gets the 15 yard penalty. Anyway I dont appreciate you putting the N word on my profile, but I understand your rightful indignation against the asshole racist fuckwad who was teal.

Badblood to Leekstep: Dude, u still dont get it, right? I AM HALF BLACK. And, to get it more worse, for some people, the other half is jewish, just like Lenny Kravitz. Its just redicilous u still think its ok for me being muted, cause i used the OHOH, N-Word in your profile, cause i got banned for being racially offended. I am the one to get offended on the streets but ure the guy who s really politically correct out there, right? I just dont get it. So yesterday i spend an hour of my life just cause u asked me to not attack u and wait to become second, to get racially offended, to get permanently muted so i cant answer, to get my picture deleted and the option of uploading a new avatar taken away, and, haha, to be called A RACIST on this board. Not speaking about that i havent become second, which i doesnt really bother me.

So if you are so oh oh political correct and just take a second to think about it, get Ryan to unmute me and give me the option of uploading an avatar back, just as every other guy playing this game.

Or, the other option, become the JOKE of the whole blogosphere for banning and muting the half african, half jewish guy for basically using the N-word in the phrase "for calling me nigger u should get finished off". Its just up to you
