I have a test server running for an updated version of KDice. This is a performance upgrade and it needs a bit of testing before I move it over on Dec 1.
I'd appreciate any help with testing. You'll need to create an account on the test server (it involves an email confirmation now). http://test.kdice.com:8080 |

at 3:55 PM, Wednesday November 21, 2007 EST I've done a couple optimizations to help with some of the lag.
Nothing's actually be added to slow things down compared to the previous version its just that the bots move fast and it can't keep up. I think it might have to do with the fact that it's a transparent flash file. I'll look into this more. |

at 4:59 PM, Thursday November 29, 2007 EST I'm currently trying to play, but I'm experiencing some serious lagging. And every time I'm lucky enough to take a turn, I have to refresh the screen every time I take an action. So after every attack I have to refresh and when I end my turn. I wish I had more helpful information to give you.
I tried in FF2 and IE5 on XP Pro. |
