i was playing blue at a 200 table and was winning by quite a way. essentually i was playing god to decide 2nd and 3rd. the player currently in 3rd was a person i play quite reguarly whom i have wrecked in the past and he has wrecked me too. but the crack is always good! we have a chat etc... so i attack 2nd place to give my 'friend' 2nd...despite the fact everyone was fighting everyone at the beginning and we were accsed of PGA...
we never agreed nothing over chat pre/during the game so...what would u do? A |

at 1:55 PM, Tuesday November 6, 2007 EST Whenever possible, I attack all others equally when dominating a game. I don't particularly care for the "god" effect, more so when I'm a mere mortal. However, I have been known to go after some guys first if they are annoying.

at 10:21 PM, Tuesday November 6, 2007 EST Ahh, this topic is still alive today! No, you didn't really PGA. It's just the psychology of it. Even if you played multiple games with your friend and gave him second, it should be alright. It's really a question of why you're together; if you're friends and you want to cut him a break, cool. If you're playing with a friend or a relative, no problem, since you're enjoying yourself. However, when you team up with a player you don't know outside of kdice, and it's not obvious that you're acquainted, then it's cheating.

at 7:30 AM, Wednesday November 7, 2007 EST When I'm table god, I dispatch players in this order: 7th, 6th, 3rd and 5th. It's very important not to forget 3rd. Then I offer truce to 2nd, which I break the next round and finish him off. Then I pass for two turns to give the last player a false sense of safety, and when he less expects it, I flag.
God has mysterious ways. |

at 10:02 AM, Thursday November 8, 2007 EST In professional golf, when a new player comes through the ranks, the established players usually gang up on him, hitting him with their iron clubs in the crotch.
In kdice, that's what you feel when you realise you're playing against 3 or 4 friends who aren't attacking each other. So the next time you enter a table with 6 people chatting in Cantonese, think twice about sitting in, my friend! |

at 12:12 PM, Thursday November 8, 2007 EST I think it is a perfect situation to get more points. By attacking the second place player you make 3rd stay in longer and they usually lose more points to you. It has been done to me many times and unfortunately is a point strategy in todays kdice games. So go ahead and point farm but don't bitch if it happens to you someday.
