Vohaul had it right.
It's pretty much over.
I got up there pretty high in score when I used to play a lot. Loved every minute of it. But then the rules changed. Took a long time to get the score back up and then the rules changed agian. And again. And again.

Ryan you had the rules right before but you went and fucked it all up.

Goodbye everyone I used to have a blas with. And good luck everyone that wants to keep starting over.

Empire.

(as if anybody knows me)

Firstly, I know OF you, Empire. Secondly, the rules have been changed to eradicate cheating. Thirdly, anyone faced with a new system either takes it on the chin or leaves the ring. Fourthy, if you feel the need to throw the towel in because of 'changes', you probably don't belong here.

Fiftly, I hope this inspires you to stay and re-learn the rules in order that you re-become the player you were.

Don't expect any sympathy in a game where sympathy is frowned upon.

Seriously, it should say something when you're getting this public outcry and people quitting.

Bru, I don't understand why you're being such a dick about everything.

I didn't realise I was being a dick, XC. I thought I was adding a degree of balance to this. As I see it, Empire has struggled with the new system, but has always been aware of the ruthless nature of the game.

Just because things don't work out for you during this stage of the evolution doesn't mean that you should quit - on the contrary.

By quitting, you have accepted that simply cannot compete due to mental, physical, spiritual or psychiatric reasons. I've personally felt like quitting all sorts of things in the past, for one or all of the reasons above.

Read between the lines. This player is known not only to be good at the game, but clearly has an eye for the way it should be played. If they decide to quit, fine - in a weeks time, noone will even remember who the fuck they were.

If they don't, knuckle down, re-learn the rules and the system, they will undoubtedly be amongst the best players here - as well as being in charge of enough experience to let others know who are feeling the same level of frustration as he/she is presently of ways to cope and conquer the game.

With regards to being 'a dick' about everything - all I've done is retalliated against a group of people who think that they run this show. I, and many others, know different.

It's not the point, and a thread-hijack is not in the offing - so as I say, my advice to Empire is to reconsider. Clearly well liked, a good player and someone who will be missed. All of these facts suggest he/she should treat today as a new one, boot the fucker up and start from the start, as we all have had to do.

1700 made you good back then?
wow, I'm pro then.

Who cares if a bunch of strangers forget about empire? No one ever knew him in the first place. Same goes to the rest. I could care less about everyone in this game forgetting about me. Not like anyone owes me money. At least I don't think so...I think Sinth might have.

So long.

Don't blame the game for your inability to get used to it, though. That makes you look like a bit of a whiner.
