I disagree. If I make an effort on any table, I get some friendly chatter at least 1 out of 2 or 3 times. Sure, there are jerks, but move on.

And... "What is it about this place that makes everyone a bunch of assholes?" ... probably isn't the best way to win friends and influence people.

Femme, not really. We've chatted twice yet played in countless games. The first time we spoke it started by you telling me I was an idiot for suiciding to kill someone that attacked me.

WHY would I want to be chatty with you after that? I didn't know you and you called me an idiot. Over a game.

Thats what I mean by bunch of assholes. This has been the first place I've ever seen so many strangers swearing, cursing, and name calling this badly. Then this morning I've been here for countless games and what started this topic was every game someone started swearing at someone else for no reason, and almost all people who I spoke to in a friendly manner ignored me.

Its a little sad really.

I say Good Luck Everyone at the start of every game. Most reply, some don't. The best thing to do is to act like you want people to treat you and they just might.
