Wait I still don't get it. If ELO is some dudes name then how can it be an acronym for Electric Light Orchestra? (What I meant to say was "Bump")

Acronyms can mean a lot of things, but the name of the rating system came from a name, that's why the quote said it is often written in caps but is not an acronym.

I my mind I have always said "KDice" in a Spanish/Italian way, so that it became "Que Dice?"
I incorrectly thought that meant, "What are you saying?"
After some translation, I know it doesn't.
That said, I also knew it had very little to do with the topic so my guess is that the K stands for Kilo and thus for a thousand.
