Summary: Penis avatars blah blah blah, don't discuss them. Ebrake's avatar, allowable, the complaining is more annoying. If your avatar offends someone they'll complain anyway, ignore them or change it, or be defensive to encourage pointless arguments.

You could use this for reporting actual offensive avatars, more annoying than useful (especially if you add comments), but there's no reputable reason not to.
