Post any q's you may have, I'll try to answer them as best as I can.

I played a substantial amount of games on the test server and will gladly take all questions.

@algios
wrong answer, sorry
I want to dominate, and I want to know what that means, or in other words how it is quantified by the adjustment #2.

what's the big deal with showing the source code of the algorithm?

Running an Excel sheet besides the game to max out points ruins fun totally. I tried. I will not do it again. :(

I agree there is some curiosity but if you read all that Ryan has written so far you _know_ approximately how it is working. In my opinion that is all what is necessary.

By the way: As far as i could see is Ryan willingly answering questions about game play as long he doesn't suspect analysis behind.

PS: Sorry Grun, this is a little off-topic.

RS, at the point in the game when someone went out 7th (for instance), their AS was compared to everyone elses. (this includes player C)

if player C had a higher AS at the time of that persons departure from the game then those dominance points go in C's favor and can never be taken away by people at the end of the game.

make sense?

A and B can be bullies at the end and play rudely, in a sense. But they can never undo what was done earlier. C dominated player D in this example.

How does surrendering affect your dominance score?

Chloe, here is a bit of info about how dom was supposed to be calculated in the very beginning.

Great thread from the past imo, with a lot of contributions from Ryan in it too.
