2012-01-17 Does not respect flags. I flagged to timingo (he was purple) even though I was in 1st so that I could fight off the rest of the players attacking me. He didn't attack me for a long, long time. timingo took 1st for a while, but because timingo was blocked, I grew to be in 1st again after beating all but one rival (yellow in the corner away from timingo). timingo attacked me. Fine, some guys are worried that your verbal flag won't turn into a real flag. I did not counter-attack but kept fighting yellow (over whom I had a large lead) and chatted a repetition of my flag to timingo so he would know I still was flagged to him. timingo waited a couple of turns but then attacked again. After five (5) such attacks, I withdrew my flag to timingo, flagged to yellow instead (even though I had an easy 2nd against him), fought timingo, I played a slow-down game to penalize timingo, timingo "Sat Out," yellow and I ended turns until timingo was gone in 3rd place, I quit the game in 2nd by putting up a real flag to yellow--yellow won the game.
