I sat in with Wolf1 in that game and do confirm this cheating behaviour by Admiral_Nelson. I had a suspicion when he was expanding aggressively, flagged to his biggest potential threat (Wolf1) and attacked the 2nd biggest potential rival (me) until he has grown so much that he could take out the player he flagged to in the first place. Worst kind of character.
