i flagged to him 2nd with an actual and a verbal flag, asked multiple times to get through to 3rd cause he was gaining lands. After asking 3 or so times with no response i took one of his lands to get to 3rd. He proceeded to attack me even after everyone at the table explained to him what was going on.
